These graphs will update every month with some of the most vital statistics on what’s happening in our local real estate market. Note these statistics are for the last year through current month as numbers come available for all previously owned, single family homes in the complete Las Vegas area we service, for all size homes. You may access a list of homes that have sold recently in my specialized areas of Mountain’s Edge, as well as Southern Highlands.
